Keith Butten is a longstanding member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, and a winner of the 2022 Golden Egg award for his mentoring work (amongst many other professional achievements and awards).
Keith built his first business Advice for Life after a successful but short employed career.
Keith and son Josh have grown their latest business “boosst” into a multi award-winning financial planning firm, employing 14 people with a turnover of £2.4m. boosst is a leader in lifestyle-led financial planning - serving both families and enterprises. In 2019 boosst opened its beautiful purpose-built lakeside office, and, in October this year, became 100% employee-owned so as to secure its values for both clients and team with a now infinite mindset.
Keith is committed to giving back, not only through mentoring in the profession, but also his work in sports. He was chairman of Luton Rugby Club for 9 years, and today, as well as rugby, Keith loves his tennis, and, with his wife of 33 years they love travel and boating on both the Thames and South Coast. He is on course to be a 2025 Principal Benefactor of the Company of Entrepreneurs Trust.
Sasho Kamburov, based in Staffordshire, is a British-Bulgarian entrepreneur with a strong focus on infrastructure and road construction.
As CEO of Spray Tanker Services and its associated companies, Sasho has spent the past six years transforming the business into Britain's largest provider of bondcoat application services—a highly specialized yet essential component of the road surfacing industry.
Sasho has a passion for mergers and acquisitions and is continuously working on opportunities to expand and add brands to his growing portfolio of businesses.
He believes in giving back and has supported numerous great causes and individuals, donating tens of thousands of pounds over the past few years.
Outside of business, Sasho enjoys a variety of interests, including clay pigeon shooting, golf, skiing, and recently took his first flying lesson.

As Founder and CEO of BareRock, he leads with an emphasis on collaborative innovation and exceptional customer experience.
His entrepreneurial vision has driven BareRock to develop distinctive solutions that have earned recognition in the industry, including 'Innovator of the Year'. Jonathan believes in fostering a culture that encourages creative thinking and excellence in proposition delivery, empowering teams to achieve outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
Outside the office, you'll often find him hitting the gym or pounding the pavement—not just for fitness, but also to keep pace with his two spirited daughters who keep him on his toes every weekend.
In 2010, Roy Swain founded the award-winning Private Wealth Management firm, Tacit Investment Management, and the company is now an established provider of investment management services to individuals, especially those who have accumulated capital through their own entrepreneurially endeavours.
Prior to that, he worked for a number of financial institutions including Legal and General, Societe Generale and Deutsche Bank.
Originally from Suffolk, Roy has for many years lived in London and his career has been centred on this wonderful city - the place he now calls home.
He enjoys travelling with his wife, seeking out interesting places to visit such as Peru and Russia, amongst others. His pastimes include golf and skiing, and he is a keen spectator of cricket and a fervent fan of Arsenal football club. He enjoys playing the piano and listening to classical music.
