At the September Court, on Thursday 20th September, the following were elected as Court Assistants:
The Master, Mr Lee Robertson, praised the quality of the newly-elected Court Assistants, citing their outstanding service to the Guild and to the Committees so far, and looked forward to welcoming them onto Court.
Notes: On election to Court, a fine is payable, which contributes to the Court’s administrative costs. Court Assistants are usually sworn-in at the Installation Court (November) and serve for a basic term of 5 years. Only members of the Court may be elected to serve as Master and Wardens, and, following their service as Master Entrepreneur, retain a voting seat on the Court for a further five years.
