New Freeman - Caroline Sheridan

On Thursday 8th December, the new Master Entrepreneur, Mr Gary Dixon, was delighted to admit his first Freeman to the Company of Entrepreneurs. In the imposing setting of the Aldermen’s Court Room of Guildhall, the Master, his Wardens and Court heard the pledge and declaration of Caroline Sheridan.


 
Caroline is the founder of the eponymous Sheridan Resolutions, and through her company she has built up a faculty of skilled and diverse individuals, situated all around the world, committed to educating and developing their clients. She is herself a leading executive coach, mediator and supervisor.
 
Caroline leads the Civil Mediation Council’s Workplace and Employment Group. She has led its expansion across England and Wales and was a member of its Board from 2018 to 2020.
 
Today she is a member of a Projects Advisory Board. Caroline has built a strong committee of advisers and supporters including ACAS and the CIPD. This work is very important to Caroline as she is passionate about creating inclusive workplace environments.
 
Caroline has a strong commercial background having worked previously at Director and Board level and held Head of Compliance and HR roles for both UK and international corporates and finance institutions.
 
In welcoming Caroline as a Freeman Entrepreneur, Mr Dixon highlighted the Entrepreneurs’ Company’s work in outreach to fledgling businesses, and looked forward with enormous anticipation to her professional support for early-stage enterprise.
