Serial entrepreneur Antoine Dixon-Bellot began his career in digital broadcast media and post-production before building a portfolio of ventures across the creative industries. Entering the film sector in 2014, he established and later consolidated full ownership of a group of production and studio businesses, expanding through ADB Film Services and Cinescope Optics to create an integrated platform spanning camera, lighting and studio facilities. Through ADB Investment, his residential buy-to-let arm, he has assembled a seven-figure portfolio, including Greenstead Hall in Essex. He also owns a two-Rosette restaurant, The House by Hilly Gant, and serves as Patron of Power The Fight.

Timothy Kuda Frank is the founder of Frank Care Solutions and a compassionate leader with experience across health and social care, property development and enterprise management. His work in the supported living and housing sectors reflects a deep dedication to inclusion, opportunity and human dignity. He continues to grow his group of people-centred enterprises across the UK. Tim is a 2025 Principal Benefactor of the Company of Entrepreneurs Trust.

Ryan Kerstein is a surgeon, medtech founder and healthcare innovation leader. A Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in skin cancer at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, he serves as Associate Medical Director for Research and Innovation. Ryan leads the Royal College of Surgeons of England's Future of Surgery Innovation Hub and is Editor-in-Chief of the College's Bulletin Journal. He has co-founded ventures including Tournistrip, a single-use tourniquet with nearly 80 million units sold worldwide. He also teaches health innovation at the University of Oxford and the University of Buckingham.

Michael has enjoyed a long entrepreneurial career in telecommunications, building and selling businesses across the UK, France and Spain. He currently leads Easyphones Ltd, whose EasyPhone devices are designed for elderly users with simplified interfaces, large buttons, picture speed dials, SOS/GPS and integrated WhatsApp, with around 10,000 units sold and turnover of approximately £500,000. He is developing Charitel, a planned Mobile Virtual Network Operator donating 5% of monthly top-ups to a user's chosen charity. An established mentor, speaker and fundraiser, Michael is looking forward to supporting the Company's Outreach and Fundraising work.

Terry Lovell is a director of Elev8 Group, a foreign exchange company founded in January 2024. By 2025, the business had surpassed £200 million in exchanged volume and now supports over 700 corporate clients, helping companies expand internationally and manage currency exposure efficiently. With over seven years' experience in foreign exchange and a background in economics and politics, Terry has built and led teams of more than 20 people. He is passionate about developing young professionals, regularly hosting workshops and creating educational sales content. Alongside his commercial work, he is committed to mentoring young men, promoting high-performance habits and building purpose-driven communities that encourage discipline, health and long-term self-development.

Liraz Postan is an international SEO and digital growth expert with more than 17 years' experience in organic search, content strategy and advanced search technologies. She is the Founder and CEO of BrainZ Digital, a UK-based consultancy specialising in AI-first SEO and scalable organic growth for global SaaS, technology and e-commerce organisations. Liraz has led large-scale international SEO and content programmes at the intersection of technical optimisation, content architecture and data analysis. A recognised global speaker, she explores the evolving role of search in the age of AI, automation and generative engines.

Known professionally as Lynn James Wellings, Lynn has dedicated more than 35 years to the social care sector, championing personalised support for individuals requiring daily care. With extensive local government experience, she has led domiciliary care and special needs housing services, and was twice seconded to the Department of Health and Social Care during the COVID-19 pandemic to support national strategy and response. She has founded complex care, training and wellbeing companies, and serves as a trustee and chair for several charities. Now Managing Director of Care First 24, she is an ILM Fellow and award-winning sector leader.
