The admissions took place at Tallow Chandlers' Hall, ahead of the Election Court Banquet, one of the two principal feasts of the Company year. Each new Freeman brings a distinct entrepreneurial journey, and together they represent a breadth of talent across social care, product design and investment, law and education, technology, film and television, property, and corporate turnaround.
We are pleased to introduce the newest members of the Company:
Leon Beccles co-founded Core Prospects Care Services in 2006 and has nearly twenty years' experience in adult social care, supported living and rehabilitation. He continues to lead the organisation's strategic growth, supporting adults with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. Leon is also involved with Bridges of Excellence, helping to raise funds for community health programmes tackling health inequalities and promoting wellbeing.
Damon Bonser is a serial entrepreneur and investor specialising in product design, manufacturing and engineering businesses. After building and exiting his own hardware ventures, he founded the British Design Fund to back ambitious early-stage UK product companies. Through investment, mentoring and strategic support, Damon helps entrepreneurs commercialise innovation and scale their businesses, while championing the next generation of British engineering and manufacturing founders.
Robert Foulston is a lawyer, entrepreneur and investor who has built and successfully exited multiple businesses in the education, automotive and beauty sectors. After beginning his City career at Freshfields and an international banking career at Deutsche Bank, he acquired and built ITEC, Emma Hardie and Remit Training before each of their successful sales. Robert is now an owner-director of Motest UK, an independent group of automotive servicing and repair centres in the South East.
Robert is a 2026 Benefactor of the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs Trust.
Dr Christian McBride MBE is an award-winning entrepreneur, strategist and mentor. As founder of Genuine Solutions, he has spent more than twenty years transforming the lifecycle of technology, helping to recycle and redistribute almost 100 million devices across 51 countries. Christian now supports growing businesses as a non-executive director and mentor, and was awarded an MBE in 2025 for services to business and philanthropy.
Christian is a 2026 Benefactor of the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs Trust.
Jack Newman is the co-founder of Bullion Productions, an independent television and film production company. Since establishing the business after university, he has grown it across commercials, music videos and television, with an increasing focus on branded entertainment. Jack is committed to supporting the next generation of talent through mentoring and collaboration within the creative industries.
Julia Stone is a property entrepreneur who has founded, acquired and grown businesses across the residential property sector. After beginning her career at KPMG, she built Stone London into a successful estate agency before its sale in 2020. Julia now leads London Stone Property Investments, focusing on residential property in south-east London, and serves as a magistrate, reflecting her commitment to public service and her local community.
Steve Swayne is the founder and Chair of the Kingsgate Group, specialising in corporate transformation, turnaround and business recovery. A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, he has spent more than twenty years helping organisations navigate complex challenges across the private and public sectors. Steve is a former Chair of the Institute for Turnaround and a committed supporter of social mobility, entrepreneurship and innovation, particularly in the medtech sector.
