Laid-back and mellow, the Autumn Jazz Dinner is the final domestic event hosted by the Master Entrepreneur. Join us for canapes in the garden, followed by relaxed family-style dining whilst enjoying excellent music!

As part of the Company's commitment to supporting the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the Master welcomes talented young musicians from the Guildhall School's jazz faculty to delight and entertain the Court, Freemen, Liverymen, and guests.

The Master is delighted to welcome Dr Jo Lawry, the Head of the GSMD Jazz Faculty to speak. Dr Lawry has become well known for her work with Sting, with whom she has toured and recorded with since 2009, and more recently with Paul Simon and Peter Gabriel.

Guests are very welcome, but please note that this event sells out very quickly. A strict limit of just 54 places applies.

It is an event noted for its cheer, and occasional mischievousness. Good music and raucous applause abound. This is an excellent evening at which to get to know members a little better, and to show your support for the City's internationally renowned music school.

Dress code: Jazz Club - relaxed and smart (black tie only if you really want to, but most will be tieless!)
